Afanche3D Version 4.4 was released on May 13th, 2021. New features for this release include: added support for new formats including GLTF/GLB, XGL, ZGL,X3D,COB,OGEX and bug fixing.


Afanche3D Version 4.3 was released on Dec 06th, 2020. New features for this release include: solid based boolean operation (union/cut/intersect) support, DXF format support improvement and bug fixing.


Afanche3D Version 4.2 was released on March 11th, 2020. New features for this release include: ACIS (SAT, SAB) format support was added. Parasolid (X_T, X_B) format support was improved. SketchUp (SKP) and FBX support was updated to the latest version.


Afanche3D Version 4.1 was released on Sept 04th, 2019. New features for this release include: 3D geometry display resolution control, better tessellation algorithm.


Afanche3D Version 4.0 was released on Mar 2nd, 2018. New features for this release include: surface pulling/pushing support, interactive transformation, better visual aids for clipping, color support for 3ds format exporting.


Afanche3D Version 3.6 was released on April 19th, 2017. New features for this release include: support for JT format, improvement for mesh boolean operation and point cloud data processing.


Afanche3D Version 3.5 was released on September 8th, 2016. New features for this release include: support for Solidworks (sldprt, sldasm, slddrw), FBX, LiDAR and 3D HTML format, mesh boolean operations, free online 3D HTML viewer, improvements for 3D model clipping feature.


Afanche3D Version 3.4 was released on March 7th, 2016. New features for this release include: support for Parasolid (X_T/X_B), SpaceClaim and IFC format, new toolbar for Mac app, undo/redo support, point cloud data processing tools (triangulation, down sampling, outliers removal, segmentation).


Afanche3D Version 3.3 was released on June 29th, 2015. New features for this release include: automatic dimensions, mesh repair (mesh normal flipping, mesh smoothing, mesh simplification, closing mesh holes), geometry conversion, 3D printing utilities (check 3D model against build volume of 3D printer, fit 3D model with build volume, display 3D printer platform and build volume).


Afanche3D Version 3.2 was released on January 9th, 2015. New features for this release include: 3D note support, 3D dimension support, assembly transformation, 3D primitive creation.


Afanche3D Version 3.1 was released on June 17th, 2014. New features for this release include: advanced 3D analysis and measurement tools, transforming 3D model dynamically through mouse control.


Afanche3D Version 3.0 was released on February 4th, 2014. New features for this release include: get xyz location of a selected point in 3D, measure distance between points, measure wall thickness, measure radius of circle, measure radius of sphere surface.


Afanche3D Version 2.5 was released on July 27th, 2013. New features for this release include: DWF format support, SKP format support, improved G-Code format support, model asset and comment support.


Afanche3D Version 2.4 was released on January 12th, 2013. New features for this release include: exporting 3D model in STL, DAE, PLY, VRML and OBJ format, model sectioning view.


Afanche3D Version 2.3 was released on June 22nd, 2012. New features for this release include: wireframe mode rendering, axes display, displaying part name in 3D canvas, online video tutorial support.
